About UV crystal label

■ UV crystal label production process

1. Design pattern

Process the pattern to be printed through drawing software.

2. Print

Use UV crystal label printer to print the pattern on film A. (During the printing process, varnish, white ink, color ink and varnish will be printed in turn to obtain a three-dimensional and transparent effect)

3. Lamination

Cover the transfer film–film B on the printed crystal film. (Using crystal label printer can achieve printing and lamination in one machine, and wait for the finished product)

4. Cutting

Manually cut the printed crystal label, or use AGP automatic edge cutting machine C7090 machine cutting, which is more convenient and labor-saving.

5. Transfer

Tear off the A film, directly stick the crystal label to the object to be transferred, and then tear off the B film, and the pattern will be transferred to the surface of the object.

1. Strong weather resistance

The crystal label has excellent physical and chemical properties such as water resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance, corrosion resistance, sun resistance, and oxidation resistance, which is better than traditional self-adhesive label materials.
