First of all, we have to know that although the use range of crystal labels is wide, they cannot be affixed to all items.

First, it cannot be affixed to uneven items. The glue cannot be completely covered on the uneven surface. After air contact, its pasting effect will be reduced, so uneven items are not suitable for crystal label stickers;

Second, it is not recommended to use it on items made of soft materials, such as cloth, leather or coarse frosted products, as the effect will be greatly reduced.

Secondly, use a good quality AB film. The glue inside the poor quality AB film will not be adhered tightly, and the printed pattern will easily fall off, resulting in an incomplete pattern.

In addition, in terms of ink selection, uvdtf ink is divided into hard, neutral, and soft inks, and the inks used for different items are also different. At the same time, UV special inks need to be selected with good quality to better fix the pattern and not fade easily. Moreover, the quality of the UVDTF printer’s nozzle and laminating temperature will also affect the quality of the crystal label.

UV DTF printers, UV AB films and crystal label special inks can all be selected from AGP, and the quality is guaranteed.

In daily use, objects with crystal labels, such as water cups, pen boxes, acrylic storage boxes, etc., are not easy to fall off through living temperature and water washing. Moreover, as the pasting time increases, the adhesion will become stronger and stronger, and the edges will not warp or fall off.

Therefore, under the correct production and use, the crystal label will not fade or degumming. And the high temperature and water washing in daily life will not affect the color and stickiness of the pattern.
