UV roll-to-roll printers are mainly used in various types of roll media, and the main application areas are almost the same as UV flatbed printers. The important thing is that the printing format is roll-to-roll. The limitations of this kind of printer are the same as those of UV flatbed printers, which cannot print high-drop and reflective materials.

UV DTF printers emerged as a complementary solution to UV flatbed and UV RTR printers. The UV characteristic pattern printed directly on the object is turned into a UV crystal label, which solves the problems of height difference and object reflection. Flatbed printing of UV DTF is suitable for small batch production, while roll-to-roll printing is more efficient and more suitable for mass production.
